SRZ zones should be well connected to the highways. All roads should be well connected. Footpaths and walkways should be implemented throughout and people should be restricted to own a certain number of vehicles.
The Green aspect should be well protected and taken care of. Planting more trees than the amount of trees cut. Having vertical gardens in all complexes and also terrace gardens on each building. Water harvesting methods and filtering water that has been used. in short- restoring nature especially the flora.
Increasing the FAR and using basic construction material will automatically get cost of the Apartment in Down. Only then an average Goan will afford to Buy an Apartment in Goa or Buy a Flat in Goa.
